What does my practice have to do?

Tell patients who might fit about Ori. We handle consent, kits, home visits, payment, and follow-up.

Does it cost anything?

No. Not for you, not for your patients. Nothing is billed to insurance.

Which patients fit?

Adults 18 and over with osteoarthritis, endometriosis, or IBD, or symptoms of them.

How are samples collected?

Once a year, a mobile phlebotomist draws blood at the patient's home. Every 3 months, the patient does a finger prick with a kit we mail.

The data

What do I see?

Immune trends and symptom reports for the patients you refer, with their consent.

What do you measure?

Hundreds of immune markers from each blood test, plus how patients report they feel.

Can I use results for care decisions?

Not yet. Results are for research use. They are not a diagnostic test.

How is the data protected?

It is encrypted. Names are removed before any research use.

What will the predictive model do?

Estimate who is likely to get worse, and who is likely to respond to a treatment.

When can I use it?

It is in development. Partner practices get early access first.
